Not so bad fate as I ponder my plate, sitting up high in the shadows. Simplicity has it's own advantages. Castle life all but gone, with the exception of song, the sweet melodies of a cheerful sparrow. Desolation it came, like the pouring of rain, life's blood gave for naught. Our treasures made into plunder, with the beating of thunder, as war beast and man they stormed by. Twas nine winters now and I remember not how, for I am the last of the silent watchmen.
